Meet Sarah

My love of nature began as a child growing up in beautiful Rockport, Massachusetts.  Inspiration surrounds you in Rockport … the scenic rocky shoreline, the colorful summer flowers bursting over fences and the quaint village streets lined with art galleries. I have always been fascinated by art and time at home raising my three children has allowed me to explore my passion for painting.

Over the years, I have enjoyed visiting art museums and taking painting and drawing classes locally.  Recently, I was fortunate enough to travel to South Australia to take part in a two week art residency.  It was an exciting once in a lifetime experience where I learned many new techniques and perspectives.  This intense art immersion program catapulted my paintings to a new level.  I believe my confidence, enthusiasm and love of painting show through in my vibrant works. Using bold colors on large canvases, I love exploring the subject matter of my childhood.  My paintings bring those happy carefree days of summer to life.

I feel blessed to be following my passion, and knowing that my creations are bringing happiness to people’s lives is just amazing!
